1. Return Eligibility

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • A return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless the wrong item was delivered:

  • Used or washed items
  • Items without original packaging
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Customized or personalized products

  • Through the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.


5. Exchange Policy

You may exchange your product for:

  • A different color
  • A different product of equal value

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.


6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but returns can be requested after delivery.
